A baseline survey for the ILMIS was implemented (27 March – 7 April 2017). The purpose of the baseline was to capture perceptions of the general public concerning the status of service delivery in land management and administration in Tanzania and the understanding and attitudes of staff within MLHHSD and the Kinondoni Municipal Council District Land Office associated with the ILMIS Project. The analysis of the data collected during the survey is ongoing and will assist with the identification of challenges to service delivery and contribute to the effective implementation of the ILMIS.
